I have discussed this at length with my bank who is a very reputable bank, and they can’t figure it out other than they think it might be some be that the app does. I did not trust this company to give me a refund if the professional refuse to wear a mask and I turn them away so I didn’t get a refund but only and the specific amount that the app showed and not for the full amount that I was actually charged from my bank. I end of cancelling the booking because the professional wouldn’t confirm that they would wear a mask, and even though it says that in their platform to wear a mask that doesn’t necessarily mean it happens.
